Common Modem AT Commands

There are many different modems on the market, for use on cellular networks. Some are well known, and others not so much. The control of these modems, as well as configurations, are generally done via what are called “AT Commands”.

There are standardized AT commands that many modems share and use in the exact same way. There are also many many proprietary AT commands that are only used with certain modem manufacturers. Even those manufacturers have commands that only work on specific models, or have a different way to use a command depending on the model of the modem.

Here is a list of the most commonly used AT commands that we have seen and used ourselves, or determined it commonly spoken of over on our forum.
