This is a copy of the same notifications at the top of our shop checkout page. Please read all items before making a purchase.


Email Notifications:  Order and shipping notifications with tracking information are automatically emailed to your email address on file. If you fail to receive an Order Notification after checkout, please check your spam (junk) folder–and add us to your safe list–or correct/update the email address in your account.

Free* Shipping on orders over $100: Free shipping on orders over $100 applies to all orders to be shipped in the United States and it's associated areas. Free shipping does not apply to international orders.

Shipping Times Notice: We will always work as hard as we can to ship out orders as quickly as possible. We generally try to ship out all orders the same day the order is placed if purchased by 12pm (Noon) CST, and we try to ship all orders out within 1 business day from order placement. Note that we can not guarantee any shipment times in any way, though we will always try to ship as immediately as possible.

No Available Payment Methods For Your State?:  We accept payments from all states in the US. This message only appears when The Wireless Haven is closed for internal store adjustments, inventories and national holidays.

See multiple shipping cost groups?: If you purchased a Magnum antenna, the antenna is shipped directly from the manufacturer, here in the USA, and your other items are shipped from our store.
If you purchased our LMR400 cables, they are made for you when you order them and shipped directly from our cable manufacturer, here in the USA. If you ordered other items from us as well, those items, other than the Magnum antenna, will ship separately directly from our store.
This means that if you would like expedited shipping you will need to choose to either expedite any one, or all, of the shipments, as they are shipped from different locations. You can also choose our free shipping option* for any of the separate shipments, if the cart total is over $100.

Credit Card Purchases:  The billing and shipping address must be the same to process the order.

Issues with Order Payment?  Disable your web browser Popup blocker if experiencing issues with accepting payment.

Compatible Cellular Service:  Cellular service providers may require activating a certain plan to use on a cellular internet device.  The carriers are constantly updating and/or modifying existing cellular plans.  It is the customer’s sole responsibility to make certain that a compatible cellular plan is available prior to purchasing cellular related components. 

Shipping Insurance:  Shipping Insurance on any order over $60 is available for an additional fee.
To add insurance to your order, click the “Shipping Insurance” box at the bottom of the ‘Billing and Shipping’ information section of this checkout page, under the ‘Additional Information’ entry text box; prior to checkout completion. Your cart will show the Shipping Insurance amount and update the cart total accordingly. If you require special Insurance or Signature needs, please Contact Us. The Wireless Haven is not responsible for lost or stolen packages (e.g., porch pirates).

Expedited Shipping: The Wireless Haven offers expedited shipping options via Federal Express (FedEx), United Parcel Service (UPS), and USPS Express. These options are available directly on this checkout page under the ‘Shipping’ section. You must simply click the appropriate option of your choosing, thus agreeing to pay the associated cost upgrade noted on each option. The default option for ‘Free Shipping’ is typically via USPS First Class or USPS Priority service. For more information on what each FedEx shipping service provides, please see their shipping services detail web page. If you require special shipping needs beyond our current offerings, please Contact Us.

Notice: FedEx has suspended offering their money-back guarantee on some services as of April 6th 2021. For the latest service impact information from FedEx go to this link: Service Delays and Regulatory Updates (fedex.com). FedEx still offers efficient delivery services, and we do like using them, but if they do not deliver “overnight” or in “2 Days”, The Wireless Haven has no control over this and you will not get a refund on the upgraded delivery service charge; nor will we.

Shipping and COVID19:  Due to the global effects of COVID19, worldwide shipping has experienced constant delays. Here at The Wireless Haven we pride ourselves in quick shipping from our hands to our parcel delivery servicers. As during the holidays of year end 2020, we may have extended delays in shipping, along with the shipping servicers. Please note that we will do our best to get your orders out to you, but there may be rare delays. We apologize, in advance, for any of these delays and will continually work to get your orders shipped as quickly as possible.

Policies:  We strongly recommend customers read our “terms and conditions” outlining our shipping, warranty and return policies prior to placing an order. As stated in our “shipping policy“, in the unlikely event an item is lost or damaged during transit, we assume no direct liability.

Notice: We have temporarily disabled our use of Amazon Pay services due to software issues causing payment confirmation confusion. To protect our customers we will not continue their services until we believe the issue is fully resolved. We still offer secure online payment via Stripe payment processing. We are also an Authorize.net verified merchant. Serving our customers secure online transactions is something we always place at the top of our priorities.

Notice: You MUST use the same address for shipping and billing at checkout. This is a fraud prevention mechanism. Please email us if you have a need otherwise.
