The Wireless Haven Modem Firmware Update Service

For this service we will boot up your purchased modem and update the firmware to the latest version available; on any modem that we sell.

NOTE: For any modem that holds multiple firmware images, like the Sierra Wireless LTE-A modems, we will update all versions available for the modem.

NOTICE! This service is meant to be an add on purchase for any cellular modem purchased at the same time. We do not offer this as a service for your already owned, or previously purchased, equipment. We do not take customers used equipment in for this service.
