    I have been very happy with the technical support service from the team at The Wireless Haven/LTE Fix for this modem. Answering my many questions and giving suggestions for me to debug my situation (and it turned out to be the router, not the modem).

    I am able to get excellent speeds from this modem in rural NC. 200+ Mbps down, 30+ Mbps up. The connectors are definitely tricky, but not impossible. USE A MAGNIFYING GLASS to help get them on there properly. I have not yet had to use their replacement connector service, though it is a great option to have.

    Also, when I returned a different, slower modem for this one, there were no restocking fees, and the swap out was super easy.
