SERVICE AGREEMENT
The Wireless Haven will offer various services for user subscription and purchase. This section will be updated as those services are implemented.
Wireless Haven Customer Device Update and Troubleshoot Service
The Wireless Haven and our technical staff can not guarantee completed results for every customer case. Again, results are not guaranteed.
This service does not include replacement parts, when needed, nor the labor to make major modifications or repairs to the physical device; electronics repairs are also not included. This product only covers general software issues, configuration issues, and basic assembly labor where needed. We do not offer pro-rated labor or partial purchases and do not offer refunds on this service once it has been performed on your device. The Wireless Haven and its technical partners do not claim responsibility for damages during transit between ourselves and our customers. Any damage to the device during shipping must be handled and claimed directly with the shipping service used. The Wireless Haven does not have authority nor control over any shipping parcel carrier service.
The devices we receive will be recorded for the state it was received in at the time it is received. The Wireless Haven can not warrant any customer devices serviced, and the customer must understand that the device warranty that they have may be voided if we are requested to make modifications to the device. The Wireless Haven is not responsible for voided warranties. The customer accepts this risk by purchasing our services and sending us their device.
The Wireless Haven reserves the right to deny service to any customer at the sole discretion of The Wireless Haven and its technical support partners if the device is deemed not serviceable by our staff. Refunds will not be given for a device that could not be repaired, if our services were rendered to make an attempt to do so. If the device was not given an attempt to fix, we will return the device and refund the Wireless Haven Device Troubleshoot and Update Service charge, minus shipping costs.
Wireless Haven LBR20 Voxel Firmware Customer Device Update Service
The Wireless Haven and our technical staff can not guarantee completed results in just one hour, or even beyond, when connecting to you remotely. Please have an expectation of more than an hour. This product only covers 60 minutes of time, per unit purchased, with our technical support staff for one on one remote work. We do not offer pro-rated time or partial time. The Wireless Haven does not guarantee the customers data SIM card will work with any device, including the Orbi LBR20. When opting for remote setup, The Wireless Haven and our technical partners will do our best to get you completely setup and connected within a reasonable amount of time and with a reasonable remote connection to your currently active internet connection. We do not offer refunds for unsuccessful remote sessions, as the labor has been tendered at that point. There is a stated chance that we will not be able to finish or figure out the solution to your need. We will do our absolute best and spend our entire time professionally working towards a solution for you.

You may need to purchase extra time with us if your solution takes longer than one hour. Please have an expectation of more than an hour. This product only covers 60 minutes of time, per unit purchased, with our technical support staff for one on one work. We do not offer pro-rated time or partial time. The product is for one full hour. No refunds on un-used time. If you purchase multiple hours and we do not use full hours, you will be refunded for the full hours you did not receive. There is a stated chance that we will not be able to finish or figure out the solution to your need. We will do our absolute best and spend our entire time professionally working towards a solution for you.
