good little antennas for indoor use. mounted mine under a small shelf to hang high on the wall. router is located on same shelf. big improvement on signals. would probably work outside.

Based on the other review, I decided to try two of these on top of my RV. Worked well for a few weeks, then the signals got really bad. When I replaced them with a set of onmi antennas, I discovered these were full of water. When using outdoors, I recommend installing them with the pointed end aimed up. Otherwise, when the tip is installed point down, use silicon around the top of the antenna and drill a small hole in the bottom. I started to do this when I installed them but the directions did not mention the need to do so.
