Purchased a MC7455 and this router for our RV to replace our hotspot which developed an appetite for batteries. A huge improvement would be an understatement. Comes with all the cables and antennas required for the installation. Was little concerned about doing the firmware but the whole process turned out fairly simple.

WE1026-5G LTE Router
The WE1026-5G LTE router adopts the MT7620A and MT7612 Chipset to achieve 11AC dual band WiFi while supporting a 3G|4g|LTE modem cards. The WE1026-5G has a mini PCI-E slot on the router PCB and comes with the U.FL pigtail connectors installed.
It is a great internet solution for mobile applications–buses, taxis, boats, recreational vehicles, rails, trucks, trains, etc., and is equally adaptable as a stationary home or business router.

Router Overview:
The WE1026 is a dual band Wi-Fi router that is specially for vehicle applications requiring 3G|4G|LTE internet service. It has one LAN port and accommodates Wide Area Network VPN tunnel, Local Area Network, Wi-Fi security authentication, and watchdog functions, all to provide for seamless connections. It is configurable for automatic network re-connection to assure users have constant high-speed, secure, and reliable mobile broadband services while on the move. The WE1026 is also equipped with an on-board mini PCIe slot, a SIM card slot, a USB 2.0 data interface as well as a MICRO SD (TF) card for applications requiring additional storage. It is also compatible to use 4G|LTE USB dongles for its internet source.
This router’s PCB is secured within a rugged metal case, especially designed to achieve maximum anti-interference and performance. The WE1026 is designed to be safely powered from a vehicle’s power source, operating from a minimum of 9 volts to a maximum of 28 volts with built in surge protection.
The WE1026 is equipped with locking case mount, two external LTE magnetic antennas, two adhesive 2.4GHz WiFi antennas, two 5GHz WiFi antennas (all antennas use a SMB connector), and a 4 Pin power cord (for 12VDC).
NOTE: While pictured, this router does not come equipped with the GPS antenna, or the U.FL to SMB pigtail for the GPS connector.
Wireless (Wi-Fi) Overview:
The Wi-Fi supports 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, protocol with a total maximum wireless rate of 1200 Mbps (2.4GHz up to 300Mbps and 5GHz up to 900Mbps).
Software Overview:
OpenWRT comes installed on the WE1026-5G which may be easily upgraded to OpenWRT/LEDE and other custom firmware to include our WiFiX version of GoldenOrb (aka, ROOter).
