The MHF4 PCB to UFL PCB Pigtail Adapter will allow and MHF4 connector and U.FL connector pigtails/cables to be used back to back.. They are approx 2.5 inches overall length.

These pigtail adapters would allow the conversion of an MHF4 connector into U.FL PCB connector or vice versa, U.FL to MHF4 PCB.

It is recommended to install a short piece of heat shrink over the connectors for insulation–to avoid the connectors from possibly grounding against the modem, PCB or or other metallic object.
